Puppy Pals takes great care to preserve and protect the privacy of all visitors to this website. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions and details our policy towards the collection, use and storage of visitor information.

Puppy Pals does not collect personal information from any visitor unless it is expressly provided to us via an online form or order for our services. We do not share, sell or otherwise provide personal data to third parties in any way other than as detailed below.

This privacy policy applies only to the Puppy Pals website. If you transfer to another site – via links or url provided - please read the privacy policy relating to their information. We will not transfer personal information to other sites, unless you have been advised that we will do so.

Puppy Pals uses social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. We take photos and videos of our classes (including one to one sessions) and will share them on Social Media and this website. You will be asked to give your permission, or not, at the time of booking.

Collecting information automatically

We use Google Analytics to track user activity which in turn helps us to improve the website. These statistics do not contain personal data and cannot be traced back to an individual.

Information security

The website pages which are used to collect your personal details are protected by a digital certificate called a “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL). This is installed onto the web server to ensure that the information being transmitted is secure and to encrypt that information which makes it virtually impossible to intercept that transfer.

You can request a copy of any information that we hold about you via our contact page.
